Establishes an uninsured employer's security fund to cover worker's compensation benefits for employees injured by uninsured employers.

The bill creates an uninsured employer's security fund within the state treasury to cover worker's compensation benefits for employees injured by uninsured employers. The fund will pay benefits if the employer does not, and the trustees can seek reimbursement from the employer. The state treasurer will manage the fund's investments and deposits. The trustees must report annually on the fund's activities and financial status. The fund succeeds to the assets of the former uninsured employer's security account.
