Modifies worker's compensation job search requirements for injured workers in Michigan.

This bill amends Michigan's worker's compensation law to modify job search requirements for injured workers. It presumes a good-faith job search effort if the employee is employed by the same employer and attempted to obtain an accommodated job. It exempts employees from job search duties if a physician opines that employment poses a health risk, interferes with medical treatment, or if the employee is unable to work or hasn't reached maximum medical improvement. Other exemptions include job loss risks, public health emergencies, and other reasonable causes.
