Michigan HB5135 amends the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act to prohibit advertising marijuana, marijuana-infused products, marijuana products, and marijuana facilities on billboards, including digital billboards, within the state. The bill also mandates the marijuana cannabis regulatory agency to establish rules ensuring the safety, security, and integrity of marijuana facilities, including standards for facilities and equipment, minimum insurance levels for licensees, and other operational requirements.
