Michigan HB5096 prohibits state agencies from regulating vapor products differently than other products.

Michigan HB5096 amends the Public Health Code to prevent state departments or agencies from creating or enforcing rules that regulate vapor products differently from other products sold in the state. This means that vapor products cannot be subject to unique conditions, restrictions, or standards that differ from those applied to other products, unless explicitly required by state or federal law.
