Limits appropriation from state school aid fund for community colleges and higher education.

The bill establishes a cap on the amount of money that can be appropriated from the state school aid fund for community colleges and higher education. Specifically, it sets a limit of $1,324,000,000.00 for each fiscal year starting from the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026. If this limit is exceeded, general fund/general purpose money must be used to cover the difference. This act is named the "Community Colleges and Higher Education Funding Source Limitation Act.
