Amends Michigan sentencing guidelines for prostitution and human trafficking offenses.

This bill amends Michigan sentencing guidelines for various prostitution and human trafficking offenses. It specifies the offense category, offense variable level, and prior record variable level for different violations, including commercial sexual activity, soliciting a minor, and human trafficking. The changes apply to offenses listed in the Michigan Compiled Laws. The amendment takes effect 90 days after enactment, contingent on the passage of House Bill No. 5016.
