Amends the Human Trafficking Notification Act to modify references to prostitution.

The bill modifies the Human Trafficking Notification Act by changing references to prostitution. It requires the Department of Transportation and local units of government to post human trafficking notices at rest stops, welcome facilities, and transportation stations. Additionally, it mandates notices at properties identified as public nuisances due to prostitution, adult entertainment establishments, and public airports. The changes take effect 90 days after the bill is enacted.
