Requires the Michigan landlord-tenant authority to provide a summary of tenant rights to the public.
This bill amends the Michigan landlord-tenant authority to require the authority to make available a form summarizing tenant rights. The form must be available in the authority's office and on its website within 60 days of the state court administrative office creating it. This form is required under the truth in renting act. The bill does not take effect unless another bill, House Bill No. ____ (request no. H02179'25), is enacted into law.
