Michigan HB4918 modifies the procedure for vacating disciplinary records of certain licensees or registrants. It allows respondents to notify the department within 30 days if they do not admit to a cited violation. If no further disciplinary actions are taken within 5 years, the citation is removed from the person's records. Additionally, starting January 1, 2026, citations for failure to complete continuing education are automatically removed after 3 years.
