Michigan HB4916 modifies licensure requirements for architects, professional engineers, and surveyors.

Michigan HB4916 amends the licensure requirements for architects, professional engineers, and surveyors. Architects must now provide evidence of a first professional degree or further degree in architecture and pass an examination. Professional engineers must complete a baccalaureate degree in engineering, pass the engineering fundamentals and professional practice examinations, and provide documentation of at least 8 years of professional experience.
