Amends Michigan's use tax act to revise references to hearing aid dealers.

This bill amends Michigan's use tax act to revise references to hearing aid dealers. It updates the definition of "prescription" to include orders, instructions, or directions from hearing aid dealers or salespersons licensed under the occupational code. The bill also includes definitions for terms such as "prewritten computer software," "dental prosthesis," "dietary supplement," and "prosthetic device." The amendment does not take effect unless House Bill No. 4883 is enacted into law.
