Modifies the free school lunch and breakfast program in Michigan to allow for flexible payment schedules and additional funding.

The bill amends the free school lunch and breakfast program in Michigan to allow the Department of Education to make payments on a schedule determined by the department. It also allocates funds from the state school aid fund and the school meals reserve fund to fully reimburse districts for meals. Participating entities must meet certain requirements, including providing reimbursable meals at no cost to students, submitting information on the number of meals served, and maximizing federal reimbursement by operating under the Community Eligibility Provision.
