Waives concealed pistol license requirements for certain military personnel in Michigan.

Michigan HB4803 amends the concealed weapons licensing requirements to exempt certain members of the military from needing a license. Specifically, it waives the need for a concealed pistol license for members of the United States Army, Air Force, Navy, or Marine Corps while in the line of duty, as well as members of the National Guard, armed forces reserves, or other authorized military organizations while on duty, during drills, or while traveling to or from assembly or practice.
