This bill modifies Michigan's worker's compensation law to include certain cancers in the presumption of work-related injuries for county medical examiners and investigators. It extends the presumption to respiratory tract, bladder, skin, brain, kidney, blood, thyroid, testicular, prostate, lymphatic, ovarian, breast, or non-HPV cervical cancer for those exposed to hazards during fire suppression, rescue, or emergency medical services.
