Allows concealed pistols in the Michigan state capitol building.

The bill amends the Michigan state capitol commission's duties to include allowing individuals licensed to carry concealed pistols to do so in the state capitol building. It specifies that such individuals must present their concealed pistol license to certain officials if requested. The commission retains no authority over internal decisions of the senate or house of representatives regarding space allocation.
