Allows joint ownership of personal property by spouses with survivorship rights, amending gender-specific language.

This bill revises Michigan law to allow spouses to hold certain personal property, such as bonds and stock certificates, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship. It updates gender-specific language to be inclusive. The amendment takes effect only if a related constitutional resolution is approved by voters.
