Equalizes rights of husband and wife spouses in managing and contracting entirety property.

Michigan HB4611 amends the Michigan Compiled Laws to ensure that both spouses are equally entitled to the management, control, and income from real or personal property held as tenants by the entirety. This revision updates gender-specific language to promote equal rights in property management. The act will only take effect if a corresponding constitutional amendment is approved by voters.
