This bill amends the Michigan Motor Vehicle Repair Facility Act to allow the owner of a registered motor vehicle repair facility to operate an additional facility under the same registration. The additional facility, called an auxiliary facility, must meet certain requirements, such as being located within a 1-mile radius of the main facility and mirroring its hours of operation and types of vehicles serviced.
