Expands mediation process for disputes in Michigan's community mental health services.

This bill amends Michigan's mental health code to expand the mediation process for disputes between recipients of community mental health services and service providers. It mandates that recipients or their representatives be offered the opportunity to request mediation to resolve disputes related to the planning and provision of services. The mediation process must be initiated within 10 business days and cannot exceed 60 days.
