Prohibits certain donations by contractors or prospective contractors under state contracts.

This bill amends the Michigan Campaign Finance Act to prohibit principals of contractors or prospective contractors from making donations or contributions to certain political entities. The prohibition applies to donations made 18 months before seeking a contract and ends 18 months after the contract's termination. Violators may face contract cancellation or disqualification from future contracts. The bill defines terms such as "contractor," "principal," and "527 committee.
