Michigan HB4356 amends the process for removing electors from the voter registration list who have not voted in 10 years. The secretary of state sends a notice and prepaid return card to these electors. If the elector does not respond or vote within a specified period, the registration is challenged. The city or township clerk verifies the elector's signature and status. If the signatures do not match or the elector does not respond, the registration is canceled.
