Amends Michigan campaign finance law to define certain political nonprofit organizations for public disclosure purposes.

This bill amends Michigan campaign finance law to define "501(c)(4) organization" and "527 organization" for public disclosure purposes. These definitions apply to organizations that are controlled or directed by candidates, elected officials, or appointed officials for state elective office, or their family members. The bill also includes definitions for terms such as "bundle," "bundling committee," "domestic dependent sovereign," "election," "election cycle," "award," "ballot question," "ballot question committee," "artificial intelligence," and "business." The changes take effect on.
