Michigan HB4258 amends the law to require the Michigan State Police to establish a program for receiving reports and other information from the public regarding potential self-harm and potential harm or criminal acts, including sexual abuse, assault, or rape, directed at school students, school employees, or schools in the state. The program must include a hotline available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
