Modifies school aid membership counting rules for pupils in work-based learning experiences and other programs.

This bill amends the school aid act to modify how pupils are counted for school membership in certain circumstances. It specifies that pupils participating in work-based learning experiences or career and technical education programs may be counted as less than a full-time equivalent if certain conditions are met. It also outlines rules for counting pupils in middle college programs, cyber schools, and other special circumstances. The changes aim to more accurately reflect pupil enrollment and attendance for purposes of school funding.
