Michigan HB4053, known as the "nondisclosure agreement definitions act," creates a new act that prohibits certain nondisclosure agreements for legislators. It defines "nondisclosure agreement" as an agreement or contract that restricts a party from discussing or disclosing the agreement or its terms. The act does not take effect unless Senate Bill No. ____ (request no. S00558'25) or House Bill No. ?4052 (request no. H00558'25) of the 103rd Legislature is enacted into law.
