Michigan HB4052, known as the "nondisclosure agreement act," prohibits members of the legislature from entering into nondisclosure agreements regarding any work done in their legislative capacity. Any such agreements entered into in violation of this act are void. This act applies to any nondisclosure agreements entered into, amended, extended, or renewed on or after the effective date of this act.
