Michigan HB4013 amends the recreational trespass act by altering the posting requirements for property owners. It specifies that property must be posted in a conspicuous manner with signs of a minimum height of 1 inch and a minimum size of 50 square inches, spaced at intervals of no more than 250 feet along the property boundary. The bill also allows fishermen to enter property within the banks of a navigable public stream without written consent, provided the property owner does not require it.
