Establishes a low vision registry for individuals with visual acuity of 20/60 or less in the better eye or a peripheral field of vision of ten.

The bill creates a low vision registry for individuals in Massachusetts whose visual acuity is 20/60 or less in the better eye, or whose peripheral field of vision is ten degrees or less. This registry will assist the Commission in estimating future registrants to the Commonwealth Registry of the Blind.
