This bill amends the Quabbin Watershed Advisory Committee by adding the Belchertown Snowmobile Association of Massachusetts to the committee. The committee, which already includes the Friends of Quabbin, Inc., will now also represent the interests of the snowmobile club in discussions and decisions regarding the Quabbin Reservoir and its watershed.
