This bill amends Massachusetts law to include waters in the definition of lands and buildings under concurrent jurisdiction with the National Park Service. Concurrent jurisdiction over any lands, waters, or buildings acquired, leased, or controlled by the National Park Service will vest in the United States when the Director of the National Park Service files a notice of acceptance with the governor and state secretary.
