Massachusetts S564 designates the Wachusett Dam Promenade in the town of Clinton as the Honorable Harold P. Naughton, Jr. Promenade. This bill honors Harold P. Naughton, Jr., a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army National Guard and a veteran of both the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars, who served in the Massachusetts House of Representatives and as Associate Justice of the Massachusetts District Court. The Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation will erect and maintain markers bearing the new designation.
