This bill expands dual enrollment for high school students in Gateway Cities by providing needs-based financial assistance through the Access College Early (ACE) Program. The assistance is for students living in or attending high school in a gateway municipality and who qualify for or receive free or reduced-price lunch. Students receiving this financial aid will participate in the Commonwealth Dual Enrollment Partnership (CDEP) at no cost and can earn up to 24 college credits.
