Massachusetts S3268 allows the Montague Center Fire District and Turners Falls Fire District to keep members John Annear, Lawrence William Peters Jr., David Rehorka, Richard Sawin, and Sallie Sawin in their positions beyond age 65. Members can serve until they reach 72, retire, or are non-reappointed, provided they remain mentally and physically capable. The Prudential Committee can require annual medical exams for certain members to assess their fitness for duty.
