Massachusetts S3266 allows the town of Foxborough to issue three additional licenses for selling alcoholic beverages to be consumed on the premises. The licenses are restricted to businesses within the Foxborough Center Overlay District. The select board must follow existing rules and regulations for issuing and reissuing liquor licenses, including fee payments. If a license is canceled, revoked, or no longer in use, it must be returned to the select board, which can then grant it to a new applicant meeting the criteria. The act takes effect upon passage.
