The easements cover approximately 5.272 acres of land within Joint Base Cape Cod. Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC must compensate the commonwealth for the difference in value between the easements and any land conveyed to the Department of Fish and Game. The compensation must be equal to or greater than the fair market value or value in use of the easements.
