The Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact Act establishes a compact among states to allow licensed psychologists to practice telepsychology and temporary in-person, face-to-face services across state lines. It creates the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact Commission to oversee the compact, including promulgating rules, maintaining a coordinated licensure information system, and handling disputes. States must report adverse actions and disciplinary history, and psychologists must meet certain criteria to practice under the compact.
