Massachusetts S3181 provides a ballot question for voters in the towns of Bernardston, Gill, Leyden, Northfield, Warwick, and Montague to decide on establishing the Great River Regional School District. If a majority of voters in these towns approve, the district will include all six towns. However, if Warwick voters do not approve, the district will form without Warwick. The act takes effect upon passage.
