Massachusetts S3139 authorizes the town of Medfield to continue employing David O'Toole as deputy fire chief.

Massachusetts S3139 allows the town of Medfield to keep David O'Toole as deputy fire chief until he reaches age 70, retires, or is relieved of duties by the Select Board, whichever comes first. The Select Board can require annual medical exams to ensure O'Toole remains capable of performing his duties. No further deductions will be made from his salary after age 65, and he will receive a superannuation retirement allowance as if he retired at 65.
