Establishes fairness for agricultural laborers by amending labor standards in Massachusetts.

This bill amends labor standards in Massachusetts to establish fairness for agricultural laborers. It mandates that agricultural employees receive compensation for overtime work, with rates set at one and a half times the regular rate for hours worked beyond 40 in a week and one and one half times the regular rate for hours worked beyond 55 in a week. It also requires employers to compensate employees for accrued paid time off upon resignation or discharge.
