Establishes a board to regulate commercial interior design in Massachusetts.

The bill creates a board of registration of commercial interior designers within the Division of Occupational Licensure. The board will consist of five members appointed by the governor, four of whom must have at least five years of experience in interior design and be registered commercial interior designers, and one member from the general public. The board will oversee the registration and renewal of commercial interior designers, enforce disciplinary actions, and set continuing education requirements.
