This bill amends the waterways capital improvement fund for the town of Dennis by changing the percentages of various fees that must be deposited into the fund. Specifically, fifty percent of boat storage fees and transient boater fees, thirty-seven and one-half percent of daily parking fees, twenty-five percent of slip holder fees, and one hundred percent of fees for boats using private docks and waterways user fees will be deposited into the fund. The select board may adjust these percentages if authorized by by-law.
