Establishes a sewer and water advisory board in the town of Walpole, Massachusetts.

This bill creates a sewer and water advisory board in the town of Walpole. The board will consist of five members appointed for three-year overlapping terms, with two members appointed by the select board, two by the finance committee, and one by the moderator. The board will advise the select board on policy and fiscal matters related to the municipal sewer system and water system. The select board will retain authority over installation, maintenance, budgets, and rates.
