Massachusetts S308 amends gaming regulations to allow Category 2 licensees to host additional table games and slot machines.

Massachusetts S308 amends Chapter 23K of the General Laws to allow the Massachusetts Gaming Commission to consider authorizing Category 2 licensees to host up to 30 table games and an additional 250 slot machines.
