Establishes a sick leave bank for Stephanie Rivera, an employee of the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office.

This bill creates a sick leave bank for Stephanie Rivera, an employee of the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office. Any employee of the office may voluntarily contribute sick, personal, or vacation days to this bank for Stephanie’s use. If Stephanie terminates employment or requests to dissolve the bank, any remaining days transfer to the extended illness leave bank. These bank days cannot be used for absences unrelated to the illness or disability that necessitated the bank’s establishment.
