Authorizes the commissioner of capital asset management and maintenance to convey land in Brookfield, Massachusetts.

This bill allows the commissioner of capital asset management and maintenance to transfer a parcel of land in Brookfield to Mary Faugno-Wiles. In return, Mary Faugno-Wiles will transfer a different parcel of land to the commissioner. The fair market value of both parcels will be determined by independent appraisals. The bill also requires the commissioner to submit appraisals and an inspector general’s report to relevant committees before finalizing the transfer.
