Authorizes the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance to grant easements to NSTAR Electric Company in exchange for easements benefiting.

This bill allows the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance to grant easements to NSTAR Electric Company, doing business as Eversource Energy, for electric infrastructure maintenance. In return, NSTAR must release or modify easements for the Commonwealth's benefit. The easements are for clearing trees, structures, and buildings, and for constructing, maintaining, and operating electric transmission and distribution lines. Compensation for the easements can be in land, money, or a combination, with appraisals determining the value.
