This license can be granted to a new applicant at the same location if they provide letters from the Department of Revenue and the Department of Unemployment Assistance confirming compliance with all applicable taxes, fees, and contributions. The license is subject to all provisions of Chapter 138 of the General Laws, except section 17. If the license is cancelled, revoked, or no longer in use, it must be returned to the licensing authority.
