The bill dissolves the North Carver Water District and transfers its assets, liabilities, obligations, and powers to the town of Carver. The select board of Carver will assume the duties of the North Carver Water District, including supplying water, establishing and regulating fountains and hydrants, and collecting rates and taxes. The board of water commissioners of the North Carver Water District is abolished, and its members' tenure ends. The act takes effect upon passage.
