Establishes a monthly reporting requirement for carriers delivering wine, malt beverages, or distilled spirits in Massachusetts.
This bill amends Chapter 138 of the General Laws to require every parcel delivery service or trucking business delivering wine, malt beverages, or distilled spirits to consumers in Massachusetts to submit monthly reports to the Commission. These reports must include details such as the origin of the shipment, the shipper's and recipient's information, and the weight of the wine shipped. The requirement does not apply to deliveries from Certificate of Compliance holders to wholesalers. Violations of this reporting requirement may result in license suspension or revocation.
