Massachusetts S2628 allows the town of Bolton to issue alcoholic beverage licenses.

Massachusetts S2628 permits the town of Bolton to issue licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages, overriding certain sections of chapter 138 of the General Laws. This act subjects the licenses and their issuance to all provisions of chapter 138, except sections 11 and 11A.
