Allows the town of Bolton to issue licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages.

This bill allows the town of Bolton to issue licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages, exempting sections 11 and 11A of chapter 138 of the General Laws. Licenses issued under this act are subject to all other provisions of chapter 138, except sections 11 and 11A.
